Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver circuit capable of selecting the interface specifications of TTL(transistor-transistor logic) specifications and ECL(emitter- coupled logic) specifications and to provide a circuit system capable of coping with the various kinds of the interface specifications even at the time of small amount production and coping with the application in a wide range.
SOLUTION: An ECL driver circuit and a TTL driver circuit are provided together and a transistor Q91 for drive at the upper stage of the TTL driver circuit is shared as the transistor for the drive of the ECL driver circuit. The side of the grounded power source VEE2 of the TTL driver circuit is provided separately from the grounded power source VEE of the entire circuit, an operation is performed as a TTL driver when a voltage to be applied to the grounded power source VEE2 is turned to VEE and the TTL driver circuit is stopped and the operation is performed as the ECL driver circuit when it is turned to about VCC-VCC-1 V. Signals for an interface are outputted from a common output terminal 10.
