Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely reduce noise components which are mixed in information signals even at the time of transition of the operation mode of electronic equipment without substitutically lowering the quality of the signals and without being affected by disturbances.
SOLUTION: This device is provided with adaptive filters 6 for generating, based on the driving signal from a driving signal source (microcomputer) 15 and noise error components, digital noise correlation signals which consist of the fundamental of a frequency equivalent to that of an energy wave from an energy wave generating means (rotary drum) 11 and its higher harmonics and which have correlations with digital noise components mixed in the information signals based on the energy wave a subtracting means 5 for obtaining output digital information signals in which digital noise components are reduced by subtracting digital noise correlation signals from input digital information signals, and a variable gain means 8 which varies step gains of output information signals from the subtracting means 5 and supply them to the adaptive filters 6 as noise error components.
