To provide a driver estimation device capable of estimating a driver in a short time and with high accuracy by focusing attention on operation which the driver has performed before driving a vehicle, a driver estimation method, a program, and a method of generating a learned model.SOLUTION: A driver estimation device includes a data acquisition unit. The data acquisition unit obtains operation data related to operation which the driver has performed before driving a vehicle, for a plurality of predetermined operation items. In addition, the driver estimation device includes a driver estimation unit.
