To provide a droplet-discharging device, an electrooptical apparatus and electronic equipment capable of simply adjusting a nozzle pitch and performing drawing highly precisely.
The droplet-discharging device which discharges droplets from nozzles of heads to a base comprises: a stage for retaining the base; a plurality of moving means which respectively retain head groups including one or a plurality of heads each having a nozzle array and move in the sub-scanning directions on one axis or on a plurality of axes arranged in parallel; and a position control means which independently drives the plurality of moving means and adjusts relative positional relations among the head groups of the moving means adjacent to the sub-scanning directions or the main-scanning direction to adjust the nozzle pitch, whereby a carriage is relatively moved in the main-scanning direction for the stage and the droplets are discharged to a part to be discharged of the base.
