Abstract:
To provide a drug for treating sexual dysfunctions.
The drug for treating sexual dysfunctions contains a compound that enhances the stimulation of -amino-3-hydoxy-5-methyl-isoxazole-4-propionic acid (AMPA) receptors, and the compound is selected from the group consisting of 7-chloro-3-methyl-3-4-dihydro-2H-1,2,4-benzothiadiazine S,S-dioxide and compounds expressed by the formula below. The drug for treating sexual dysfunctions composed of the group of compounds having a 1,2,4-benzothiadiazine skeleton is presented.
