Abstract:
To provide a duo-servo type drum brake device capable of easily fitting a parking brake mechanism and easily replacing a brake shoe.
The parking brake mechanism 51 being fit to the drum brake device stabilizing braking force with a link mechanism 7 for driving a shoe rotatably fits a parking lever 53 to a backing plate 9, and has a strut 56 inputting shoe operating force to an input lever 34 of the link mechanism 7 for driving the shoe according to the rotation of the parking lever 53, and a pair of brake shoes 3, 4 are pressed against a drum through the link mechanism 7.
