Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dry distillation thermal decomposition molten combustor for waste in which deposits, e.g. dust, can be removed automatically from a duct unit for carrying thermal decomposition gas coupling a dry distillation thermal decomposition drum and a molten combustor without stopping operation.
SOLUTION: In a dry distillation thermal decomposition molten combustor for waste comprising a dry distillation thermal decomposition drum and a molten combustor 4 for melting and combusting thermal decomposition gas and combustibles in the residue of thermal decomposition, a duct unit 25 for carrying thermal decomposition gas generated in the dry distillation thermal decomposition drum to the molten combustor 4 comprises a plurality of steam blowing nozzles 31a-31n, and a plurality of steam control valves 29a-29n for controlling supply of steam S. Furthermore, a plurality of pressure detectors 27a-27n for detecting pressure at each part of the duct unit 25 and a valve controller 30 are provided and deposits, e.g. dust, in the duct unit 25 is removed by ejecting steam from the steam blowing nozzles.
