Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dryer by which new aggregate and reclaimed aggregate are dried separately and simulteneously at the most suitable temperature, burning mist to prevent stench.
SOLUTION: New aggregate are put into a lower room Rb of a rotating drum 1, and they are dried by heating using hot air from a burner 5 while reclaimed aggregate are out into an upper room Ra and dried by hot air from a burner 4. Exaust gas from the new aggregate is sent to a bag filler 22 through an exhaust duct 24 and then emitted from a chimney 28, while exhaust gas from the reclaimed aggregate is sent to a metal filter 21 through an exhaust duct 23, filtering out mist part. The exhaust gas passed through the metal filter 21 is returned to the lower room Rb and the upper room Ra through an air supply duct 31 and a return air duct 41 to burn the remaining mist.
