CONSTITUTION: The fan motor 21 of the blower device 2 is rotated by operating a main switch 42, and blowing is performed in a direction of brush part 6 from the outside by a fan 22 mounted on the rotary shaft of the fan motor 21. Simultaneously, the nichrome wire 31 of the heater 3 for hot wind generation is heated, which heats up wind sent from the blower device 2. The rotary motor 51 of the brush part turning means is rotated by operating a subswitch 41, and the torque of the motor rotates the brush part 6 via a shaft 52 and a joint part 7. A rotating brush part 6 rolls the hair across a brush 61, and the wind heated up by the heater 3 for hot wind generation sent from the blower device 2 is discharged from a hole. In this way, it is possible to dispense with manual rotation and to improve working efficiency.
