A clothes-hanger 3, a heater 6, and a fan 5 are installed in the humanoid closed bag 1. These are structured that the air introduced from the outside of the humanoid closed bag 1 is heated with the heater 6 to the specified temperature. Then, the heated air is introduced into the humanoid closed bag 1 after being pressurized with the fan 5, and is to be discharged to the atmosphere from the surface of the humanoid closed bag 1.
