Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drying device capable of performing necessary and sufficient drying processing uniformly with respect to the entire drying objects put into a drying processing container.SOLUTION: A drying device includes: an oblong drying processing container body 17 in which an inside surface of a lower part is made to be an arc shape; heating means for heating drying objects put into the drying processing container; and crushing/agitating means for crushing/agitating the drying objects. As the heating means, the arc-shaped lower part of the container body 17 is surrounded by sheet-like heaters 19 being aligned vertically. Each sheet-like heater 19 can operate independently, and a temperature gradient can be formed in a height direction of the container body 17. Due to the self weight, drying objects K are most likely to come into contact with a wall part at a bottom side, and heat amount transfer from there is large; however, as the temperature gradient is formed, the drying objects K can receive necessary and sufficient heat no matter where they are in the container body 17. Therefore, the drying objects are dried uniformly and heating management can be performed easily.
