Abstract:
To provide a drying treatment device capable of shortening a time necessary for powderization, and enhancing an added value by reusing powder when powder is prepared thereby, and a drying treatment method therefor.SOLUTION: A drying treatment device 10 comprises: a first treatment furnace 20 that agitates a treating object by an agitator to cut it into small pieces; a second treatment furnace 30 that heats exhaust gas from the first treatment furnace 20 to heat a casing 21 of the first treatment furnace 20; a third treatment furnace 40 that heats the treating object in the first treatment furnace 20 by steam gas for temperature control generated by cooling hot air being sent to the first treatment furnace 20; and a controller that controls the generation amount of steam gas for temperature control. The controller reduces the amount of steam gas for temperature control to be sent from the third treatment furnace 40 to the first treatment furnace 20 up to a specified amount, according to the occurrence of steam gas from the treating object being heated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
