PURPOSE: To facilitate the installing and repairing works for pipings and cable buried underground.

CONSTITUTION: A duct 10 for a gutter is installed under gutter 2, and a tube 17 for electric cable 7, water distribution pipe 18 for service water, tube 19 for communication cable 8, and gas piping 20 for urban gas service are installed in an accommodation part 14. Because the duct 10 is required to be merely laid in a hole for provision of a side gutter 2, the installing and repairing works for pipings and cables can be simplified. The repairing works require merely lifting part of the side gutter and dipenses with the shutting of the road 4 to a great extent. Furthermore, no electric pillars are required for laying cables, which ensures that the environmental characteristics are enhanced.
