PURPOSE: To mass-produce the information record carrier with high efficiency of operation, by arranging the specified mold conveying apparatus for duplication of the planar information record carrier using radiation hardenable resin.
CONSTITUTION: Radiation hardenable fluid resin is cast on the planar information recording mold 8 installed on the case 9 (Part A), then fluid resin is pressed via the flexible backing support with the planar sheet 11 operated by the air cylinder 16 (Part B). After removing the planar sheet 11 it is moved to the housing 15 provided with plural light sources 14, fluid resin is hardened by irradiating light (Part C), then the copy of the mold 8 is separated together with the support from the mold 8 and the information record carrier is obtained (Part D). Operation efficiency can be furthermore improved by cycling said process in succession of A→B→C→D→A.
