Abstract:
To provide a dust collector easily applicable to an existing tilting type melting furnace and securely performing the dust collection of substances leaked out from the inside of a melting furnace without decreasing the temperature at the upper part in the melting furnace.SOLUTION: A melting furnace facility comprises: a melting furnace 1; tilting means 2 movably supporting the melting furnace 1 between a holding position holding the melting furnace 1 in an almost vertical posture and an exhaust position tilting the posture of the melting furnace 1; a furnace lid 3 having a material charging part 3a cloggable at a part and openably clogging the opening of the melting furnace 1; and a dust collector 4 dust-collecting substances leaked out from the circumference of the furnace lid 3 of the melting furnace 1 in a state where the opening of the melting furnace 1 is clogged with the furnace lid 3. The dust collector 4 comprises: a furnace lid cover 5 provided so as to surround the upper face part and the side face parts other than the material charging part 3a of the furnace lid 3 and securing a cavity part 6 in a space with the furnace lid 3; exhaust path formation means 7 connected so as to be connected with a part of the furnace lid cover 5 and forming an exhaust path 8; and suction means 9 sucking the inside of the cavity part 6 via the exhaust path 8 so as to make the inside of the cavity part into a negative pressure in a state where the opening of the melting furnace 1 is clogged with the furnace lid 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
