Abstract:
To obtain a dust remover for preventing defective printing due to dust having long lifetime of dust removing function and a thermal transfer image/information recorder equipped with a dust remover.
A toner sheet 103 is fed from a toner sheet feed roll 115 to the thermal head 105 side and dust adhering to the surface touching the thermal head 105 is removed by a weakly adhesive roll 111 coming into contact with that surface. Dust not removed by the weakly adhesive roll 111 is removed by a strongly adhesive roll 113 coming into contact with that surface. The toner sheet 103 from which dust is removed passes through a gap between the thermal head 105 and a platen roll 107 before being wound around a toner sheet winding roll 117.
