Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earth hook capable of performing the ground work safely and efficiently, while facilitating the opening and closing of a clamping portion.SOLUTION: An earth hook 1 includes a conductive head metal fitting 2 having an upper part 2a of closed cylindrical shape, a cylindrical slide body 3, a cylindrical rotating body 4 and a compression spring 5 installed in the head metal fitting 2, a ground wire 7 having one end fixed to the head metal fitting 2 via a mounting bracket 6, and a grounding bracket 8 attached to the other end of the ground wire 7. The head metal fitting 2 is provided with a clamp piece 11a in the upper part 2a, and a rectangular opening 2c is formed in the side face 2b. In the slide body 3, a clamp piece 11b provided in the upper part 3a is projecting in parallel with the clamp piece 11a, and slidably in the cylindrical axis direction from the opening 2c. The upper part 4a of the rotating body 4 is inserted into the head metal fitting 2 so that the rotating body 4 can rotate about the cylindrical axis, and holding the slide body 3 rotatably. The compression spring 5 energizes the slide body 3 in a direction approaching the upper part 2a of head metal fitting 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
