To provide an earthquake-resistant door device which is improved by solving the problem of a conventional earthquake-resistant door, and a door body.

This door device comprises a door frame 10 which can be fixed to a building structure section, and the door body 30 which is openably/closable supported on the door frame via a hinge. The door body 30 comprises an inner surface 31, an outer surface 32, a top surface 33, an undersurface 34, and two side surfaces. The door frame 10 comprises a top surface 11 of the frame, an undersurface 13 of the frame, and two side surfaces of the frame. The top surface 33 of the door body is composed of an upper inclined surface E of the door, which ascends toward the outer surface 32 from the inner surface 31, and the top surface 11 of the frame has an inclined surface F of the frame, corresponding to the inclined surface E. A roller 42 is arranged on the undersurface of the door body 30. The inclined surface E forms an angle of 15-35, preferably, an angle of about 25 with respect to a horizontal direction. Thus, when the door frame 10 is deformed, a pressing force directed to the outer surface 32 from the inner surface 31 acts on the door body 30.
