Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the waterproof and fireproof properties, by forming the roof with folded roofing materials and extending down a board fitted to the lower part of the eaves edge side of the folded roofing materials and erecting a rising piece on the building body of the attic space side and providing a ventilation aperture opened downward to the outside of the attic space between the board and the rising piece.
SOLUTION: A roof 1 is made of folded roofing materials 2. A board 3 fitted to the lower part of the eaves edge side of the folded roofing materials 2 is extended down. A rising piece 6 is erected on the buidling body 5 of the attic space 4 side. A ventilation aperture 7 opened downward to the outside of the attic space 4 is provided between the board 3 and the rising piece 6. The lower part of the ventilation aperture 7 is covered with the eaves gutter 8 and the outdoor side end of the eaves gutter 8 is erected higher than the ventilation aperture 7 and also the side part of the outdoor side of the ventilation aperture 7 is covered with the eaves gutter 8.
