Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eccentrically circular structure having multiple effects for a pressure diaphragm pump.SOLUTION: An eccentrically cylindrical structure or an inversely eccentrically conical structure comprises: an annular positioning groove part 55; a vertical or conical flank 56; and an oblique upper part ring 58 extending between the annular positioning groove part and the vertical or inversely conical flank. By providing the oblique upper part ring, the inclined high frequency tension and the squeezing phenomenon, which occur in the tubular eccentric circular member of the prior art, are completely eliminated.
