Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic temple of a spectacle frame capable of suppressing protrusion of a leaf spring material and achieving excellent fit feeling, having a rigid structure and having durability to load in a bending direction or a twisting direction, and capable of being produced without difficulty.SOLUTION: An elastic temple 1 of spectacle frame has an ear hook part M on a movable end side, and a base end part coupled to a front frame F. A portion at least from the base end part to a center is formed of a thin plate metal frame 11 having plural windows 11b, 11b arranged in parallel in a longitudinal direction on a side surface. Both ends of a plate spring material 12 having plural curve parts 12a, 12a inserted into the windows 11b, 11b are fixed, in a state that a trough B between the curve parts 12a, 12a is disposed inside of the metal frame 11 and top parts T of the respective curve parts 12a, 12a are disposed outside the metal frame 11.
