Abstract:
To provide an elastomeric compound which is improved in durability and cost-effectiveness.SOLUTION: An elastomeric compound contains a plurality of kinds of elastomers, an accelerator, an antifoaming agent, an antioxidant, a crosslinking agent, a colorant, a surfactant, a filler, a PH-adjuster, and a dispersant, and has a total solid content ranging between 5% and 40% by weight. A preparing method of an elastomeric compound for manufacturing a hybrid-elastomeric glove comprises the steps of: mixing an elastomer A and an elastomer B to prepare a hybrid elastomer and stir the hybrid elastomer; sequentially adding the accelerator, the antifoaming agent, the antioxidant, the crosslinking agent, the colorant, the surfactant, and the filler in an arbitrary order to the hybrid elastomer with stirring; followed by adding the PH-adjuster with stirring to prepare the elastomeric compound; and maturating the elastomeric compound with stirring. The total solid content of the elastomeric compound is adjusted between 5% and 40% by weight by adding the dispersant to the elastomeric compound. The PH range of the elastomer compound is adjusted between 9 and 11.SELECTED DRAWING: None
