To obtain a cosmetic composition, a dermatological medicine composition, a medicine composition, etc., capable of using a flavonoid in a stable state, retaining initial characteristics by including a specific flavonoid ester as an active ingredient.
This composition comprises at lest one flavonoid ester derived from a reaction product of a flavonoid which is at least one flavonoid selected from the group consisting of a flavonoid containing a ketone group at the 4-position, its salt, ester and ether and a C-heteroside and/or an O-heteroside derivative of the flavonoid and contains at least one free alcohol residue, preferably containing a structure of the formula (A is H or the like; n1 and n2 are each 0-4; n3 and n4 are each 0-5; R1 to R4 are each H or the like) and a 3-30C organic monobasic acid (preferably 4-22C) as one of active ingredients in an acceptable exipient, binder or base.
