Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6139725
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to easily charge a lithium-ion battery in a vacuum cleaner that operates by receiving power supplied from the lithium-ion battery.SOLUTION: A handy cleaner 2 includes a main body case 3 on which a DC jack 18 is provided. Supplying DC power from an external AC adapter to the DC jack 18 makes it possible to charge a lithium-ion battery in a battery pack 20 without detaching the battery pack 20. The handy cleaner 2 also includes a control circuit board 30 for controlling charge/discharge for the lithium-ion battery while monitoring voltage or temperature of a cell constituting the lithium-ion battery; the battery pack 20 is accommodated in a battery pack accommodation unit 19 in the main body case 3.
