A motor 11 mounting a fan 12 is incorporated in a main body 13 and a cup 14 mounting a cutter in the state of being freely rotatable is mounted on this main body 13. In addition, legs 15 consisting of elastic bodies are arranged at the bottom surface of the main body 13, an air inlet 16 and an air outlet 17 are arranged at the bottom surface of the main body 13, and a cooling guide 18 is fixed between this air outlet 17 and the motor 11. Thereby noise caused by the motor 11, which comes to the outsided of the main body 13 from the air inlet 16 and the air outlet 17 is reduce by reflecting operation between a floor 19 and the bottom face of the main body 13 and as a result noise is reduced.
