Abstract:
To provide an electric cooker for cooking food products with or without pressure.SOLUTION: An electric cooker comprises: a drive system including a housing disposed to receive a cooking tank, an interface for selecting and/or parameterizing at least one cooking recipe, a work implement configured to process materials contained in the cooking tank, and an electric motor configured to rotatingly driving the work implement; and a control unit configured to control operation of the electric cooker. The control unit is configured to determine hardness change states of materials contained in the cooking tank according to excess of a prescribed threshold of a determinable value representing an operation parameter of the electric motor, and at least to adjust so as to match the operation parameter of the electric cooker with the selected and/or parameterized cooking recipe according to the excess of the prescribed threshold of the determinable value representing the operation parameter of the electric motor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
