Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety and cleanability by adding a detergency improving agent, such as citric acid, to liquid and energizing a heating element for a prescribed time after boiling to cause the convection of the liquid, thereby cleaning the contamination by the scale adhered to the inside surface, or the like, of a container.
SOLUTION: The heating element 15 is fixed to the base surface part of the container 13 and a temperature detector 16 is mounted at the central part on the rear side of the base surface of the container 13. An exclusive switch 19 is connected to a controller 17 for controlling the energization to the heating element 15 by an electric signal from the temperature detector 16. The detergency improving agent 18, such as citric acid, and the liquid 12 are added into the container 13 and power source supply is carried out to operate the exclusive switch 19 when the container is cleaned. The controller 17, then, energizes the heating element 15 for a prescribed time as container cleaning function after the detection of the boiling of the liquid crystal 12 in the container 13 by the temperature detector 16. The container cleaning is thus efficiently and rapidly carried out.
