This electric oven for charcoal burning is equipped with an inside pot 1 made of a metal, of which outside is covered with an insulation material 4 and upper part is opened, an outer pot 5 for housing the inner pot 1 and the outside insulation material 4, infrared light electric heaters 2 arranged at the upper and lower directions at the inside of the inner pot 1, an inner lid 3 covering the opening part of the inner pot 1 as freely attachable and detachable, an outer lid 6 covering an opening part of the outer pot 5 as freely attachable and detachable and a cooling pipe 13 of which one end is joined with the upper surface of the outer lid 6 and another end is tilted in an inclined downward direction, covering the outer circumferential part of the cooling pipe 13 with a covering material 14 having a water-absorbing property and installing a water source for dripping cooling water at the upper direction of the uppermost position of the cooling pipe 13, a U-shaped trapping tube 16 at the tip end part of the cooling tube 13 and a waste liquid cock 17 at the lowermost part of the trapping tube 16.
