In the electric pump 2, the motor chamber 16 is partitioned and formed in a housing storing a pump part 22 and an electric motor 15 driving the pump part 22 is stored in the motor chamber 16. The motor chamber 16 constructs a delivery route of dimethyl ether from the pump part 22 to the outside. Consequently, inside of the motor chamber 16 becomes an atmosphere of delivery pressure of the pump part 22.
