PURPOSE: To improve a combination of valves for controlling a hydraulic cylinder and a rotary actuator so as to control flow of an electric rheology fluid by combining four valves into one valve body, minimizing the whole size, an inner connecting part, and the number of ports, and eliminating any movable part.
CONSTITUTION: In a print circuit board 50, a conductive printed circuit pattern is formed on the material having a suitable electrical insulating property, for example, reinforced epoxy resin the printed circuit board 50 is formed on positive pole surface side in such a wheatstone bridge circuit of a bulb as having same type of four individual sheets of an electrode surface or an electrode pad 56 matching L-or V letter shaped hole 52, and the pad 56 is crossed and connected with/to a print circuit connecting line 58 by a print circuit connecting line 60 which reaches onto the back surface 51 of the print circuit board 50 by penetrating through a hole. A high voltage electric connecting line 62 extends to the end of the print circuit board 50, and it is connected to the outside electric control device of a valve.
