Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric vehicle which can prolong a traveling distance and suppress exhaust of carbon dioxide while ensuring an air conditioning capacity.SOLUTION: An electric vehicle 1 includes: a complex tank 30 which stores an ammonia complex therein; an internal combustion engine 212 and a power generator 40 which use ammonia discharged from the complex tank 30 as a fuel for power generation; a heat exchanger 22 which provides air cooling using heat absorption effect during ammonia discharge and provides air heating using heat generation effect during ammonia absorption; a battery 4 which stores electric power generated by the power generator 40; and a traveling motor 211 which drives drive wheels using the electric power generated by the power generator 40.
