To provide an electrical component which can prevent deterioration in durability and reliability at the time of use, more practically which can control cracks in resin covering terminals and generation of peeling of resin from terminals, even if a thermal shock is applied to the connection terminals of electrical component.

The electrical component is manufactured by storing into a case, an electrical element provided with a connection terminal 11 for the external side of the case so that a part of the connection terminal 11 is extruded to the external side of the case, and then filling the inside of case with resin. The area near the boundary toward the external side from the inside of case of the connection terminal 11 is provided with a through-hole 13 and an extruded portion 14, extending to the external side from the internal side of the case, and is filled with the resin so that a part of the through-hole 13 and extruded portion 14 is respectively covered with the resin.
