Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit an unintended voltage from being written in pixels through a pre-charge operation even when a drive load on a scan line is increased.SOLUTION: An electro-optical device 1 includes a control circuit 40 that controls the timing to output a pre-charge voltage to a data line 14 and changes, according to the polarity of a data voltage, the time elapsed from when the voltage of a scan signal G for selecting any one of a plurality of scan lines 12 starts transition from a selection voltage for turning on a pixel transistor to a non-selection voltage for turning off the pixel transistor, until when the electro-optical device outputs the pre-charge voltage to the data line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
