Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a well-known electric catalyst honeycomb is liable to be jammed with dust particles during treatment of an exhaust gas of high manufacturing cost and high dust-containing rate remaining in the same.SOLUTION: This invention relates to an electrochemical double cell plate, used to purify an enrichment combustion exhaust gas, that controls the emission of an exhaust gas, and the electrochemical double cell plate includes a substrate consisting of a metal or an alloy, a solid oxide layer, a cathode layer, and a peripheral layer. The peripheral layer and the solid oxide layer coat the substrate to seal the same and have a first high-density micro constitution and a second high-density micro constitution, respectively. The cathode layer fully coats the solid oxide layer, consists of a porous material, and has an oxidative atmosphere. A reductive atmosphere and the oxidative atmosphere generate an electromotive force between the substrate and the cathode layer to promote the decomposition reaction of a sulfur oxide and a nitride oxide present in the enrichment combustion exhaust gas, thereby forming a sulfur vapor, oxygen, and nitrogen.
