Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an electrolytic capacitor which can be manufactured without causing leakage of electrolyte and dry up at relatively low cost.
CONSTITUTION: An aluminum conductor 18 consisting a round bar 18a and a flat part 18b is coated with ceramic in advance prior to capacitor manufacture process. That is, the aluminum conductor 18 is coated by dipping the aluminum conductor 18 in coating agent consisting of metallic alkoxide ceramic of Al2O3 or SiO2, and then heat-treating it for 30 minutes at, for example, 100°C, and next, dipping it again in the solution, and then, heat-treating it for 60 minutes at, for example, 100°C.
