Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and simultaneously solve the problem in which: noise from the outside can be prevented by reflecting the noise, but noise generated from a component housed in a case is repeatedly reflected inside the case, which leads to amplification of noise due to multiple reflection, and the problem in which: heat accumulated in the component causes a failure in a device.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic wave shield film of the present invention is the electromagnetic wave shield film formed of a resin film that is a base material, a metal film that is arranged on one film surface of the resin film, a magnetic film that is arranged on the other film surface, and an insulating ceramic film that is arranged on a surface of the metal film. The magnetic film is one selected from Ni-Zn ferrite or Mn-Zn ferrite that is soft ferrite, and the insulating ceramic film is aluminum nitride.SELECTED DRAWING: None
