Title:
ELECTRON SOURCE AND DISPLAY DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2003317608
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide an electron source substrate capable of obtaining enough luminous brightness.

Scanning electrodes 181 to 183 are wired in a line direction as against electron emission elements 11, 11' adjacent to each other in a row direction, and at the same time, information electrodes 14, 15 are wired in a row direction. The electron emission element 11 has its one end connected with the scanning electrode 181 through a resistive element 12 and with the information electrode 17 through a resistive element 15 and its other end connected with the scanning electrode 182 through a resistive element 13 and with the information electrode 16 through a resistive element 14, while, the electron emission element 11' has its one end connected with the scanning electrode 182 through the resistive element 12 and with the information electrode 16 through the resistive element 14 and its other end connected with the scanning electrode 183 through the resistive element 13 and with the information electrode 17 through the resistive element 15.
