To provide electronic equipment provided with tuner capable of removing an influence caused by the radio wave (interference wave) of 900 MHz from the portable telephone set of GSM system without affecting a desired received signal (radio wave) in the electronic equipment provided with tuner capable of receiving the VHF band.
In the electronic equipment provided with an antenna for receiving the radio wave of VHF band, a local oscillator, a mixer part for generating an intermediate frequency(IF) from a local oscillating signal generated by this local oscillator and the radio wave received by the antenna and a detecting circuit for detecting the IF generated by this mixer part, between the antenna and the mixer part, a trap means is attached for removing the interference wave of 900 MHz suited to the EN55020/A12 standard.
