Electronic equipment with a touch panel 6 subject to touch operations is provided with a conductive member 40, disposed on the peripheral edge part of an upper surface of the touch panel 6, and a grounding member electrically is led to a ground. The conductive member 40 has a ring shape along the circumference on the peripheral edge part of the upper surface of the touch panel 6. The conductive member 40 is integrally formed with a flexible conductive terminal part 40a which serves as a grounding member.
