Abstract:
To provide an electronic mail archive managing device and an electronic mail archive structuring program for accurately constituting topics from an electronic mail group stored in an electronic mail archive, and for accurately associating those topics.
This electronic mail archive managing device 1 is provided with a structuring device 2, an electronic mail archive 3 and an operating device 5, wherein the structuring device 2 arranges an electronic mail group stored in an electronic mail archive 3, constitutes topics, and constructs a hierarchical tree diagram in which those topics are associated, in the electronic mail archive 3, and the constructed hierarchical tree diagram can be browsed and retrieved by the operating device 5.
