Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a person who is suffered with junk mail to prevent junk mail without taking any countermeasures.
SOLUTION: When one user performs a process of sending electronic mail, the electronic mail is inputted to a transmit mail server device 12 from a transmit mail input part 11. A transmit mail reception part 14 of this transmit mail server device 12 stores electronic mail sent within a certain time. A decision part 15 of the transmit mail server device 12 decides whether there is electronic mail from the same user to a plurality of mail addresses of the same domain name within the time and the number of the distribution destination mail addresses is larger than a specified number, and deletes the mail without distributing it when the number of the mail addresses is larger than the specified number, but distributes the mail when less than the specified number.
