Abstract:
To provide an electronic member that includes an element structure that makes up a metamaterial that can achieve miniaturization and absorb and block noise, and a manufacturing method thereof .SOLUTION: An electronic member 1 includes a substrate 10 having a first surface 11 and a second surface 12 facing each other, and one or more element structures 100 provided on the substrate 10. The element structure 100 includes a first conductive layer 111, a first dielectric layer 131, and a second conductive layer 121 which are laminated on the first surface, and a third conductive layer 112, a second dielectric layer 132, and a fourth conductive layer 122 which are laminated on the second surface 12. The electronic member 1 includes first means 101 that conducts the first conductive layer 111 and the third conductive layer 112 by connecting their close ends to each other, and second means 102 that conducts the second conductive layer 121 and the fourth conductive layer 122 by connecting their close ends to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
