PURPOSE: To contrive the efficient application as a device of an electronic oven by operating a magnetron at the time of heating to uniformly heat materials to be heated and a cold storage mechanism part without operating the magnetron at the time of cooling to send cold air in a storage and cooling materials to be cooled.
CONSTITUTION: In the case of heating as an electronic oven, a motor 4 and a magnetron 1 are operated as soon as the operation is started and materials to be heated mounted on a turn table 9 is uniformly heated as the turn table 9 is rotated. In the case of cooling, the magnetron 1 is not operated. A fluorocarbon gas cooled in a system passage of a cold storage function part 30 is heat-exchanged with cold air returned through a cold return opening 23 and a cold return passage 37 from the inside of the storage 29 in a part of evaporator 21. Thereby even more cooled cold air is sent from a cold sending inlet 22 to the inside of the storage 29, and successively circulated in the storage 29 to cool. Thereby materials B to be cooled mounted on the turn table 9 are cooled.
