Abstract:
To provide an electronic watch that has no restriction on material to be used and improves transmission sensitivity.SOLUTION: An electronic watch 1 includes an exterior case 13, a wind shield 15 blocking one surface side of the exterior case 13, and a first electrode 41 and a second electrode 42 for biological communication disposed inside the exterior case 13. The two electrodes 41 and 42 are disposed at different positions in a thickness direction of the exterior case 13 such that they are in parallel, the two electrodes 41 and 42 are both planar, the first electrode 41 is composed of an outer peripheral portion in which an inner section 44 is open, and in a plan view from the thickness direction, the second electrode 42 has a portion overlapping with the opened inner section 44 of the first electrode 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
