Abstract:
To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor that prevents the generation of color points.SOLUTION: An electrophotographic photoreceptor has a conductive substrate, an undercoat layer provided on the conductive substrate, a charge generating layer provided on the undercoat layer, and a charge transport layer provided on the charge generating layer, and further has a portion where the undercoat layer or the charge generating layer is exposed at at least one end in an axial direction of the conductive substrate. The amplitude of a frequency component of 0.1 mm or more and less than 0.3 mm, which is calculated by performing Fourier transformation on a surface shape of the portion where one of the layers is exposed, is 23 μm or less, and the amplitude of a frequency component of 0.3 mm or more and 0.5 mm or less is 10 μm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
