To provide an electrophotographic sensitive body where uneven gradation and interference fringe are not caused on a halftone image even when it is an electrophotographic sensitive body produced by a spray coating method by using a conductive supporting body whose surface roughness is small, and an image forming device using the same.
In this electrophotographic sensitive body constituted by laminating at least an under coating layer, a charge generating layer and a charge transporting layer on the conductive supporting body, at least the charge transporting layer is formed by the spray coating method. Then, the electrophotographic sensitive body satisfies a following expression. ΔUL≤2 and (7.ΔTG)-2+(5.ΔCTL)-2≤10-2 where ΔUL means the maximum film thickness difference (μm) of the under coating layer in an effective image area, ΔTG means the maximum transmittance difference (%) of the charge generating layer in the effective image area (the measured wavelength of the transmittance is wavelength where the light absorption of a charge generating agent becomes maximum), ΔCTL means the maximum film thickness difference (μm) of the charge transporting layer in the effective image area. Then, the image forming device and the process cartridge equipped with the electrophotographic sensitive body are provided.
