Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency call connecting system which can connect an emergency call in a terminal with a short delay time as compared with an ordinary call.
SOLUTION: A radio access network 130 forms notice information NBb on the basis of an emergency call number (b) and an emergency call office connection vacant terminal number NB, and broadcasts the information from a base station 130-2. A mobile terminal 140 stores the broadcasted notice information NBb. When an emergency call originating from a user is detected, the mobile terminal 140 selects one vacant terminal number NB contained in the information NBb, and transmits a call originating demand signal of the emergency call to the radio access network 130 by using the emergency call number (b) containing the vacant terminal number NB. When the emergency call is received from the radio access network 130, a switching system 120 connects the emergency call with an emergency call office 110 with a time shorter than that of an ordinary call.
