Abstract:
PURPOSE: The emulsifier composition of particularly high safety and superior emulsifiying power which contains polyoxyethylene alkyl ether and more than HLB15 of surfactants.
CONSTITUTION: The emulsifier composition containing one or two or more kinds of the polyoxyethylene alkyl ether expressed by general formula RO(CH2CH2O) nH [formula R is straight chain form or side chain form alkyl groups or alkenyl groups of C number 12 or over and n is 1 to 3, wherein the contents of n-1, n, n+1 are more than 70% (in the case of n=1, the contents of n, n+1 are more than 70%)] is provided.
