Abstract:
To provide an emulsion composition forming a coating film which is pervious to water vapor while even having such high water repellency as to repel water.
The emulsion composition comprises: an acrylic resin emulsion (A); at least one resin (B) selected from a rosin-based resin, a terpene-based resin and a petroleum-based resin, having a softening point of 100-150°C and a Gardner color degree of ≤5; wax (C) having a melting point of 50-100°C; and silica (D).
