Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide an end face contact checking device capable of simply checking a contact state of a grinding stone to an end face of a conductive mount flange. The end face contact checking device (1) is used in correcting an end face (125) of the conductive mount flange (123) mounting a cutting blade while being fixed to a front end of a spindle (122), using a conductive flange end face correction jig (50) having a grinding stone (60) and a grinding stone support member (70) and a support base (80). The end face contact checking device (1) comprises two connection members (10), a power source and a lamp (43) turned on during contact. The connection members (10), the power source and the lamp (43) turned on during contact, are connected by a wire (30). One connection member (10) is connected to the conductive flange end face correction jig (50), and the other connection member (10) is connected to the conductive mount flange (123). The end face contact checking device (1) turns on the lamp (43) when the grinding stone (60) comes in contact with the conductive mount flange (123).
